Junior Developer / Freshers:
We are looking for intelligent freshers with a genuine interest in computers and programming. With good English skills and research abilities who can learn fast and grow with the company.
In case of no experience you will be taken as an intern for 2-3 month period (depending on candidate’s ability). Please select Internship in drop down while applying for the job.

Senior Developer:
The developer should have advanced development skills, and gradually get involved in overall planning of projects and leading a small team of developers. He/she should have excellent research skills and problem solving ability. He/she must have strong interpersonal skills, in order to work as a team player, leader & interact with clients. To summarize an experienced developer with ability to spearhead development and develop and lead a small development team.

Skills required:

1. Microsoft asp.net (4.0 preferable) with C#, MS-SQL server 2005/2008.
2. Strong research skills.
3. Ability to plan development with senior support on basis of requirements, and develop the same with support of small efficient development team.
4. Ability to be involved in technical planning of moderate to large web development projects.
5. Good research skills for technology, overall frameworks, emerging technologies etc.
6. Good language skills & ability to interact with Indian & International clients in a confident & helpful manner.
7. Ability to lead a development team.
8. Team Player with ability to work well with colleagues.
9. Ability to manage own workload & self motivated.
10. Ability to update & develop, knowledge and skill set.
11. Enjoys development work, programming & systems planning.

PHP Developer:
Looking a PHP developer with 1-2 years experience or Freshers with good English skills, research abilities and a genuine interest in programming & web development. Experience with open source projects such as (Drupal, Word Press, Magneto etc. would be preferred). Any experience with using various APIs would also be great.
