Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd. a Joint Venture of Government of Odisha and AES Corporation, USA is thermal power generating company with state-of-art technology with a generation capacity of 2 X 210 MW having its plant site at Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali, Jharsuguda with an annual turnover of about 500 crores. The Company is currently in the process of setting up 2 X 660 MW units & developing its captive coal mine in the 1st Phase. We are looking for bright, young, energetic and committed Engineers with brilliant academic record to join OPGC as Engineering Executive Trainees. 

The breakup of the disciplines is indicated below:

Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and Minining Disciplines

• Mechanical - 10 Posts 
• Electrical - 8 Posts 
• Civil - 3 Posts 
• C&I - 3 Posts 
• Mining - 1 Posts

NOTE:

Candidates applying for above mentioned posts may please note the following:-

• The date for online submission of the application form for the eligible candidates is from 27.12.2012 to 16.01.2013.
• The last date of sending the duly completed Print version of online application form to "Post Box No. 3076, Lodi Road, New Delhi -110003" is 25.01.2013.

Candidates currently studying in final semester/ final year of BE/BTECH as mentioned above in Qualification(s) and appearing in final semester/final year examination in the month of May/June, 2013 are also eligible to apply. However, if selected they must be in a position to submit their final mark sheet by 31st August, 2013.
