General level requirement: 
Detail Design Documentation, System Analysis, UML documentation with latest tools, Good Communication Skills, Team motivator are the general level requirement.

Specific Requirements:

• .Net 3.5 / 4.0 (ASP.Net, MVC 2 /3, LinQ, Silverlight, WCF) having 4+ years experience.
• SQL-Server Design and documentation, T-SQL programming.
• Jquery with at-least handled 2 projects.
• MVC is MUST.

Project meeting organizer and should given sessions on latest technologies on Microsoft.
